Nigel Pearce
Nigel
is a graduate of Rutger's University and holds a BA degree. He is currently
the Board Director for the Samaritan Foundation, Inc.; Lighthouse International;
and ITAC. He has served on many community and civic organizations as both
an officer and an advisor.
With
over 15 years of banking (as well as financial institutional experience),
as the Assistant Vice President of the New York Business Development Corporation,
he managed a portfolio of loans representing $100 million a year (with
$260 million outstanding from the New York State Retirement Fund).
Mr.
Pearce has served as Vice President of Sterling National Bank and Trust
Company. His duties included monitoring the profitability of branches,
and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
In addition, he has also held Assistant Vice President positions with
Marine Midland Bank.
As
Director of Business Services for the Queens County Overall Economic Development
Corporation, he has designed and implemented an Entrepreneurial Center
with financial loan packages tailored to meet the needs of the strategic
and management consulting firm.
Moreover, Mr. Pearce is the principle instructor for ITAC's Fast Trac
High Tech 12 week
program, which focuses on business skills development for Chief Executive
Officers of High Growth Technology Firms.

Yury Berson
Yury
has excelled throughout his career in creating and implementing strategic
objectives for small businesses in the retail and technology industries.
Rising through the ranks of senior management, Mr. Berson has held several
Vice President of Sales & Marketing positions. He dramatically increased
sales & efficiencies at Yale Frame Displays, while getting his MBA
in 13 months. More recently, he held the position of Vice President of
Sales & Marketing & Acting Chief Financial Officer for Websplit,
Inc, an internet-based software company. During his career, Mr. Berson
has been responsible for the planning & execution of business strategy,
developing market positioning and creating new customer markets. He has
also consulted for several business-to-business enterprises on their corporate
strategy, business plan development and fund raising.
Mr. Berson has lectured on many business-essential topics including Establishing
an Online Brand Identity and Business Law on the Internet.
Mr.
Berson holds a BA degree from Cornell University and an MBA from University
of Connecticut. He is a member of the Cornell Club of New York City. In
addition, he is an active member of many networking groups, including
the American Marketing Association, Marketing Executive Networking Group,
and The Cornell Hotel Society.

Mr. Pandya has more than 32 years of cost conscious and bottom line accounting.
He has had vast experience with international and domestic finance. From
1979 – 1984 he held varies positions in Occidental Petroleum Corporation-
Chemical Group- He was manger of Finance and Planning. Organized and developed
a 20-year barter agreement for $1 billion with the U.S.S.R. His responsibilities
as a Corporate Cost Accounting Manager, included over seeing 80 plants
with $4.5 billion in worldwide manufacturing.

Vicky

Development Officer
Vicky Cheng has 15 years experience in International and Multicultural
marketing, and the Asian American Community Outreach. She carried out
major roles in media, advertiser and ad agency for the global Chinese
market.
For six years,
Vicky was the Co-Director of the Business Outreach Center, a seven-office
network assisting multicultural businesses in New York to resource technical
assistance. Because of her dedicated work, she helped to create thousand
of jobs for New York State. She also hosted the first entrepreneur-training
course targeting new media businesses in the metropolitan area. With her
community outreach capability, she also assisted Fleet Bank to successfully
develop the Asian American market since 1999. Vicky also serves as Vice
President at Asian American Business Development Center to oversee the
SBA funded New Majority Business LINC program.
Ms. Cheng
has in-depth understanding of marketing tactics for both sides of Pacific
Ocean for the global Chinese market. She is helping ETTV, the largest
Taiwan TV network; established their footprint in the US. She also had
contributed her talents to TOTO Communication Group New York, Regal International
Advertising Inc. (DDB Needham Worldwide affiliate) Taipei, Taiwan to serve
multinational clients. In addition to the traditional media, she was also
involved in new media development since early 1990’s with Edwin
Schlossberg Inc. and Sina.com, the largest Chinese language web site.
Ms.
Cheng was born in Taiwan and has lived in New York since 1989. She received
her Master Degree from New York University, Interactive Telecommunications
Program with the honor of Dean's List and Award of Design of Aesthetics.
Vicky is fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.

Jesse
Williamson
Mr. Williamson
has a wide and varied background in communications, finance, negotiation
and operations. From 1999-2000, Jesse helped American Express Business
Finance, LLC in its early stages of operation as it test-marketed small
business financing programs. He was a managing paralegal with New York
law firm Weitz & Luxenberg’s asbestos settlement unit from 2000-2002,
working to negotiate and facilitate settlement agreements including high-value
in-extremis cases, as well as acting as a client liaison. While pursuing
his MBA in Management Systems, Mr. Williamson has held consulting positions
at various companies, including ITAC (Industrial and Technological Assistance
Corporation), where he co-authored business plans and arranged financing
for first and second-stage startup companies. As a consultant to Met Life’s
Tampa-based Remittance Service Center, he initiated sampling studies to
identify payment errors from outside institutions, and documented and
analyzed the processes of Met’s supporting operations. Jesse has
also held contract paralegal positions with firms as diverse as Major
League Baseball, Scripps Networks, Gibbs & Associates and MTV Networks.
Jesse will graduate from Fordham’s Deming Scholars Honors Program
this February with an MBA in Management Systems.

Gonmin
Kim, Associate
Gonmin
Kim is a process and quality improvement specialist with expertise in
Statistical Process Control and many other fields. He has helped Fortune
500 companies such as Verizon and Citigroup solve problems with process
inefficiencies that had significant impacts on their profitability, and
identified multiple cost-saving solutions. Moreover, he has an in-depth
understanding of e-commerce development and operation and has helped small
and mid-sized enterprises launch their online business and refine the
internal processes of the e-commerce websites—from online marketing
and sales to logistics management.
Gonmin holds an MBA
degree in Management Systems and International Business from Fordham University.
He intensively studied in Fordham’s Deming Scholars Honors Program
under Dr. Joyce Orsini, one of the most noted disciples of Dr. W. Edwards
Deming.

Issa Colson
is a Yale Graduate and holds a BA in Economics. Mr. Colson is a dedicated
Entreprenuer and Management Consultant with experience in Finance, Statistics,
Accounting, Economics, Marketing and Communications. Issa has authored
and executed strategic business plans for multiple clients including Software,
Entertainment, and Marketing firms, and has sourced Seed and Equity capital
for multiple firms across multiple industry segments. Mr. Colson has help
Assistant Vice-President positions within UBS’ Transaction Management
and Structured Products & Taxable Fixed Income Groups, and also has
experience within UBS’ Private Client Group. He is a board member
of the 21st Century Foundation.
